Product features:

1.Soft start function: starting current less than 1.0 times rated current, and repeatedly start allowed.

2.Direct high-voltage in-out power supply: the high-voltage variable frequency soft start device directly input and output with high-voltage electric power.  No transformer is needed. The device occupies little area and is suitable for ordinary AC induction motor.

3.No harmonic input: the input of the device has utilized the phase-shifting multiple rectification technology, and the voltage and current harmonic is low. There is no need to use harmonic control devices in the input progress, and no pollution to power grid.

4.No harmonic output: the device output standard sinusoidal current, the voltage and current harmonic is low. No harmonic compensator device is needed in output progress. It will not increase the motor noise and will not generate additional stress.

5.High security level: the device is designed in line with China high-voltage compulsory regulation, and high-voltage primary circuit and control circuit are connected by optical fiber which is safer and more reliable.

6. Perfect protection and fault alarm design: has perfect system protection and power unit protection functions. After virous protection, it will automatically record fault and accident. Among them, fault recording can automatically record the type and times of various protection actions, which can help technical personnel analyze the cause of faults and locate them.

7.Great flexibility: the device is real-time controlled by PLC (programmable logic controller). The control type settings can be convenient changed in human-computer interface, which has multiple standard communication protocols to facilitate communication with the central control system.

8. Convenient installation, debugging and maintenance: drawer-type power unit, and connector assembly for power unit and external wire. No manual connection needed and convenient to replace.
